Step 1
REMOVE STEMS AND SEED JALAPEÑOS, COOK THE MEAT WITH RUB THEN MELT CREAM CHEESE INTO THE MEAT. STUFF JALAPEÑOS WITH MEAT AND CREAM CHEESE, IF ADDING SHREDDED ADD SOME INTO CREAM CHEESE AND A LAYER ONTOP BEFORE BACON , WRAP WITH BACON SLIDE TOOTHPICK THROUGH TO HOLD, BAKE TILL BACON IS CRISPY
