Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1.8 lbs. skinless chicken legs and thighs
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu Old World Style Chunky Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
Stir in pasta sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with hot rice.
