Chili Mac Skillet

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz.) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chillies, drained
  • 3/4 cup dried elbow macaroni
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat in large skillet until brown; drain.

Stir in corn, undrained tomatoes, beans, chillies, uncooked macaroni, chili powder, and water.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover; simmer 12 - 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
