Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup barbeque sauce, Ah-S0 --chinese
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • to taste crushed red pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste dried tarragon
  • 12 chicken wings, deep fried

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the barbeque sauce, honey ,water, pepper, garlic and tarragon until well blended.

In a large, deep skillet, saute the wings in the sauce until the sauce clings to the meat and is no longer runny.
