Ingredients
- 2 lbs rigatoni or penne
- 8 oz Pancetta
- 2 cans (28)crushed tomatoes
- 9 tbls vodka
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 pints heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
cut panceta into sm pieces
saute panceta until brown
add butter and tomatoes and simmer 1 hour
after 1 hour add cream, parsley,vodka, and 1/2 of the grated cheese to sauce
boil pasta
add sauce and stir
