Ingredients

  • 2 lbs rigatoni or penne
  • 8 oz Pancetta
  • 2 cans (28)crushed tomatoes
  • 9 tbls vodka
  • 4 tbsp parsley
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 pints heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cut panceta into sm pieces
saute panceta until brown
add butter and tomatoes and simmer 1 hour
after 1 hour add cream, parsley,vodka, and 1/2 of the grated cheese to sauce
boil pasta
add sauce and stir
