Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

  • 4 cans Italian Stewed Tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Splenda Brown Sugar
  • Santa Maria Seasoning
  • Freeze dried Basil
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, when done add minced garlic and soften. Add tomatoes and puree with hand blender. Season and simmer about 1/2 hour. Soften cream cheese and loosen with 1 cup of the cream. Add to tomato and then rest of cream. Heat thru. Serve with a drizzle of cream and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
