Ingredients
- Avacado Dressing:
- 3 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 avacado, chopped
- 1 tomato. chopped
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 lbs. cooked chicken
- 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4-6 flour tortillas, fried
- 1/2 small head lettuce, sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate.
Heat 2 Tbs. oil. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add chicken, green chiles, and sour cream. Stir well. Cook until hot; keep warm.
Stack tostadas, topping with avacado dressing.
