Coffee Cake

Made in a bundt pan.

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 package instant vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs (one at a time)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon butter
• Dry Ingedients:
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all cake ingredients. Mix together dry ingredients separately from cake ingredients.

Flour and grease bundt pan. Layer 1/2 of dry ingredients in bottom, then pour 1/2 the cake mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
