Ingredients
- 2-qts fresh torn spinach
- 1 can (16oz) bean sprouts, drained
- or 2C fresh bean sprouts
- 1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts,
- drained
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
- 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C vegie oil
- 1/3 C vinegar
- 1/3 C ketchup
- 1 TBL worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
in lg bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients
in bottle or jar, combine all dressing
ingredients
cover & shaek well to mix
just before serving, pour dressing over
salad & toss
