Ingredients
- 1 16 oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 16 oz block sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (maybe a little more)
- 1/2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lg jars chopped pimientos; drained
- 1 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
- chopped jalapenos to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Finely grate cheese. In large mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheeses, mustard, syrup, and salt. Add pimiento and red bell peppers. Stir in as many jalapenos as desired. Chill over night. Set out to come to room temperature and serve with crackers or make sandwiches.
