Cheesy stuffed peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Seasoned grand beef and sausage
  • 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can (19 oz) Tomato soup
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 3 large bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seed removed
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first ingriendents and 3/4 cup of the soup,and the green chilies,cook over medium heat,stir in 1 cup of the cheese,spoon mixture into peppers.Put in skillet,cover tightly with foil or lid.20-25 minutes.Springle peppers with remaing cheese.cover,till cheese is melted
