Crispy Onion Baked Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/3 C sour cream
• 1/3 C french onion dip
• 1/3 C coarsely crushed potato chips
• 1/3 C seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

flatten chicken breasts evenly
sprinkle w/ garlic powder & pepper
in shallow bowl, combine sour cream &
onion dip
in another shallow bowl, combine potato
chips & bread crumbs
dip chicken in sour cream mix. then
potato chip mix.

place in 8" square baking dish coated w/
cooking spray
bake, uncovered @350 fro 20-25 min or
until chicken juices run clear
