Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 scallions with greens, finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 T fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Lime wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to pkg directions. Drain; transfer to a large serving dish.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, scallions and red pepper flakes; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 minutes or until opaque.
Add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add lime juice and feta; cook just until heated through and cheese softens. Toss shrimp mixture with pasta. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
