Ingredients
- 1 tube (8-oz) refrig. crescent rolls
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 C sliced zucchini
- 1 C chopped onion
- 6 TBL butter,cubed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 C (4-oz) shredded mozzarella
- 1 C (4-oz) shredded jack
- 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
separate crescent dough into 8 triangles
& place in greased 9" pie plate w/
points toward center
press dough onto bottom & up sides of
plate to form crust
seal seams
spread w/ mustard
in lg. skillet, saute zucchini & onion
in butter until tender
in lg. bowl combine eggs, cheese,
seasonings & zucchini mixture
pour into crust
bake 375 for 20-25 min or until knife
inserted near center comes out clean
cover edges loosely w/ foil if crust
browns too quickly
