MUSHROOMS****Bacon Mushroom Cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

• 2 slices Wonder +
• 2 slices bacon, diced
• 1 shallot, minced
• 4 mushrooms - white or cremini - minced
• 1 sprig fresh thyme, stripped
• 60 grams 95% fat-free chream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute bacon and shallots until softened but not crisp. Stir in cream cheese and seasonings and stir until melted.

Meanwhile, remove crusts from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.

Divide cream cheese mixture among bread slices, roll up and secure twice with a toothpick, then cut in half.

Bake at 400 until golden brown, brushing with EVOO or melted becel and turning once.
