Ingredients
- 1 LB of Pasta
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 3/4 C Chicken Broth
- 3/4 C Milk
- 2 tsp Parsley Flakes
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Start cooking the pasta of your choice.
While thats cooking make the sauce.
Melt butter and garlic in a medium
saucepan.
Cook over medium heat 1 minute.
Add flour & cook 1 minute, stirring
constantly. Stir in broth & milk
and cook, stirring frequently, until
sauce bolis and thickens.
Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Toss over cooked, drained hot pasta.
Serve immediately.
