Evelyn's Hamburger Pie (My Mom)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb hamburger
• Mushrooms
• 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
• garlic powder
• 1 pkg Liptons Beef Onion soup
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 Tbs flour or cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp Thyme
• salt and pepper
• Potato Buds (follow directions to make four servings) set aside
• 1 BS butter
• 1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown mushrooms in butter add garlic powder,Worcestershire sauce and salt set aside
Brown hamburger
add beef onion soup
Mix flour and beef broth together and add to meet.
Add mushrooms
Cook until gravy forms.
Put in casserole dish top with mashed potatoes then cheese sprinkle with paprika.
Bake to brown top for 15 minutes at 450
