Ingredients
- CRUST
- non stick cooking spray
- 2 c. flour
- 1 stick cold Mazola margarine cut into pieces
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- FILLING
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. dark karo
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 TLBS. Mazola margarine melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
Mix all ingredients and press into 9x13 pan.
FILLING
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Stir in pecans.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set.
