Ice Cream Fudge

This old recipe uses ice cream instead of marshmallows to make a delicious fudge candy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb almond bark
- 1 lb chocolate bark
- 1 pkg chocolate chips (12 oz)
- 1 pint ice cream (vanilla; however you could experiment with different flavors)
- 1 C chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except nuts, in a large sauce pan and cook over a low heat until the ice cream, chocolate, and almond are melted and all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Add nuts
Pour mixture into a 9 X 13 inch cake/baking dish and refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
