Orange Apricot Glaze

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup apricot preserves
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Makes about 3/4 cup.

Baste with glaze during last 30 minutes of cooking time. Garnish with pineapple rings about 15 minutes before end of cooking time; brush with glaze.


Use on BAKED HAM.
