Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 chicken or 6 breasts
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb chees (Velvetta)
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken in salted water. Skin, bone and chop. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine. Use some of the hot broth to melt 3/4 of cheese and dilute soups. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, celery and pimento. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water. Drain and put in buttered pan. Add soup mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
