Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz. light rum
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • 1/4 oz. almond syrup
  • 3/4 oz. sweet and sour mix
  • 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. dark rum
  • Cracked or crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the dark rum and ice in a shaker. Then add ice so shaker is half full and shake well.
Strain into old fashioned glass and top with dark rum.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple or orange slice or Maraschino cherry.
