Ingredients
- 4 C Farfalle pasta, cooked
- 16 oz Italian dressing, divided
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4.25 oz) can sliced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 skinned and boned chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pasta, onion, bell pepper, artichokes, olives, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, chicken, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl; add half of the dressing, tossing to coat. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Toss with remaining 8 oz dressing before serving.
