CUCUMBER COMBO SALAD

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 3-4 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • Directions:
  • ●Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.
