Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 oz pecans
- 4 pkgs pillsbury dough biscuits
- 1 (14oz) apple pie filling
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp apple juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, set aside. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle pecans in prepared pan.
2. Flatten biscuits with hands. Take some of the apples from the can and chop up. Add a tsp of apples to each biscuit, balling biscuit up around the apples. Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then place in bundt pan. Continue with all biscuits.
3. In a sauce pan melt butter. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Once mixture comes to a boil, add the apple juice. Boil for 1 min longer, then pour over prepared biscuits.
4. Place bundt pan on a cookie sheet. Put in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours. The last 30 mins, reduce oven temperature to 325F.
