Ingredients
- Note: This recipe works best with "creamy" nuts such as macadamia nuts, pecans, and walnuts.
- 1 cup raw nuts (ideally, soaked for 1 hour or more)
- 3 cups water
- 2 or 3 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Store nut milk in a covered container in the fridge for 2 or 3 days. Shake well before using.
