Ingredients
- 8 baking potatoes
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of emmental
- 500 ml béchamel white sauce
- 200g grated cheese
- chives
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Using a knife, make cuts into the potatoes 3/4 of the way through, using wooden spoons to guide the knife. brush the potatoes with olive oil and bake for 1 hour at 350
Cut the ham and the emmental slices into small squares, and place them in the jacket potato cuts.\ Pour over the béchamel white sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top., then bake for anther 15 mins.
Sprinkle with chopped chives
