Ingredients
- add:
- 1 pound beef cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- seasoning salt
- put into sealable plastic bag and coat meat pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil in 2 1/2 or 3 quart pan
- brown meat pieces
- 1 meduim onion chopped
- 5 small cloves or 2 large cloves of garlic
- 2 stalk celery cut to 1" pieces
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- add:
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bouloun cubes
- 2 bay leaves
- add:
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsnip or parsley root
- 2 med potatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cups tomatoes with juice
- pinch of oregano (1/2 teaspoon fresh)
- add:
- small amount of worchestershire sauce
- gravy master
- 1 tablespoon flour
