Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt, or more if needed
- 1 pinch sugar, or more if needed
- Few cracks freshly ground black pepper, or more if needed
- 1 almost-empty 8-ounce jar Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Add the olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper to the Dijon jar, close with the lid and shake. Taste and season additionally if necessary.
