Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • dash each of vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients.
Process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Cook the mixture like a regular pancake.
