1 box cinnamon streusel muffin mix
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup veg oil
2 eggs

Step 1

oven 375*
grease loaf pan
stir all ingredients except streusel until blended
pour into pan
sprinkle with streusel
bake 35-45 min
cool 15 min and remove from pan
completely cool 1 hr
