CURLY CHEESE POTATOES

Ingredients

• 4 med potatoes
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

oven 400*
using apple slicer, peel, core and slice potatoes
slice core into 1/4 inch rounds
place potatoes in baker
combine butter and garlic
drizzle over potatoes
sprinkle with chez and onions
bake 35-45 min or until golden brown and tender
