Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 6 cups homemade chicken stock
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 3 chopped carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

to stock, add carrots and chicken. Heat to boiling.
In a separate bowl, combine bisquick, milk and cheese. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons into stock. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
