Prosciutto wrapped chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 oz green beans
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

Heat broiler of oven. On small rimmed baking sheet, toss green beans with 2 tsp oil. Season with salt and pepper, and push to one side of pan.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, wrap with 2 slices prosciutto each. Place chicken on other side of pan, run with 1 tsp oil each.
Broil 15-20 minutes.
