Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded
- 1 12 oz bottle of buffalo wing hot sauce
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 16 oz bottle of ranch dressing
- 8 oz monterey jac or cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
In a 9x13" baking pan, combine the shredded chicken meat with the entire bottle of hot sauce, preading to make an even layer. In a sauce pan, combine the crem cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand and cool 10 min.
