  • 2 TAB. CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/2 CUP MAYO
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTERMILK
  • 2 TAB. SUGAR
  • 1/4 TEA. CELERY SALT
  • 1/2 TEA. KOSHER SALT
  • 1/2 TEA. FRESHLY GROUND BLK PEPPER
  • 1 14 OZ. BAG COLESLAW MIX FINELY CHOPPED

Preparation

Step 1

WHISK TOGETHER THE VINEGAR, MAYO, BUTTERMILK, SUGAR, CELERY SALT, AND PEPPER IN A BOWL. ADD THE COLESLAW MIX AND TOSS WELL. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
