Ingredients

3/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup ground jalapeno peppers ( 1/2cup for hotter jelly)
6 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 6oz bottle liquid pectin
few drops food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients except food coloring and pectin
bring to rolling boil. boil 1 min
remove from heat and let cool few minutes
add food coloring and pectin.
mix well
pour into jars and seal
