Ingredients

  • Brie:
  • 17.3 pkg puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T water
  • 1/3 C dried cranberries
  • 1/3 C dried cherries
  • 1/4 C toasted pecans
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/2 t chopped rosemary
  • 1 brie round (13.2 oz)
  • Side Sauce:
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 C creamy horseradish sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brie:
Thaw pastry. Heat oven to 400. Beat egg and water in small bowl. Create 14" pastry square. Stir honey, cherries, cranberries, pecans, rosemary & spread in center of square. Top with the cheese. Brush egg on pastry. Fold & seal. Place fold side down on pastry sheet and bake for 25 min. Let stand for 25 min. Serve with sauce and baguette, crackers, flat breads, melba toast or other favorite snacker.
