  • Juice and rind from 2 lemons
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 TBLS. melted butter
  • 5 TBLS. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-2/3 cups milk

Step 1

Mix lemon juice and rind sugar and butter then add beaten egg yolks flour and milk fold in stiffly beaten egg whites pour into pie dish 9 in.
Bake pie crust at 425F before its filled for 7 min. then fill bake 10 min. at 425 then 30 min at 350
