Ingredients
- Directions:
- 2 pie shells, unbaked
- 1 lb pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. mixed red and green pepper, chopped
- ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
- ●In a large bowl, combine sausage and cheese. Place half of mixture in each pie shell.
- ●In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, and peppers; mix well. Pour half of the egg mixture over sausage in each pie shell.
- ●Bake for 55-60 minutes.
