Ginger Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 pound white round potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/3 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated

Step 1

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain. Add butter, buttermilk, milk and ginger.
