Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3/4 cup white wine or white grape juice with a splash of vinegar
  • 10-oz. MSG free low sodium chicken broth
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 wild caught salmon fillets

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat, add white wine and cover for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and pepper to taste before adding salmon fillets to skillet. Cover and cook 5 minutes on each side.
