Amaretto - Irish Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 3 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 C sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 C cream
  • 1/3 C blanced almonds ground
  • 1/4 C baileys
  • 1/4 C amaraetto
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla or almond
  • 1/3 C toasted almonds
  • Crust: 1 1/2 C vanilla wafers or spice cookies, 1/2 C chopped toasted almonds, 1/4 C butter, 1 T amaretto

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: Mix all ingredients, pat in bottom of sprinform pan & bake at 375 for 7 min. Filling: cream the cream cheese and sugar, mix in eggs and cream, add additional ingredients. Place filling on top of crust and cook in water bath at 350 for 1 hour. Mix ingredients for topping, add to top of cake and bake for 10 more min. Cool compeletely and refrigerate before serving.
