Oven Italian Chicken

  • 1 oven cooking bag (14x20)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (14 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 8 oz. package pasta, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place in 13x9x2 baking pan. Add sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add chicken and green pepper to bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in even layer. Close bag with nylon tie- cut 6 slits (1/2 inch) in top. Bake until tender- 25-35 minutes- Serve over hot pasta.
