Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
2. Cream butter and sugar until lightly fluffy.
3. Add flour, baking powder, salt and beat until dough forms.
4. Using two tablespoons, drop dough on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes, cool on rack.
6. In small bowl; mix confectioners sugar, milk and lemon juice. Ice cookies.
