Holiday Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) container part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (6-oz.) container plain yogurt
  • 1/2 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup garlic and herb Feta cheese
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) can chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (6-oz.) package pita chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients (Ricotta cheese through salt and pepper to taste); blend well. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
Serve with pita chips.
