Ingredients
- 1 C oil
- 3 C sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 C flour
- 3 t baking soda
- 2 t salt
- A 15 oz. box of raisin bran cereal
- A handful or more of extra raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to six weeks. As needed, spoon dough from the top of the container, not stirring, into paper muffin cups in a muffin pan and bake at 400 for 16 - 20 minutes, until lightly brown.
