Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb dried linguine
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dozen shucked clams, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, and more for garnish

Step 1

1. Cook linguine according to the package directions; drain well and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil on medium in a large skillet. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Toss in clams; cook until heated. Mix in pasta, salt, and thyme. Stir in cheese. Transer to bowls. Top with more cheese and parsley
