- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb haddock fillet
- bread crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place fish in greased 9x13 pan. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt; stir until blended. Slowly add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat; blend in cheese and lemon juice. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
