Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 2 mini muffin pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt).
Into a different mixing bowl combine butter, sour cream and orange juice. Gradually add both sugars and eggs and continue to blend.
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until all is incorporated together. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon dough into each muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
